The drive to have leaders in technology at Target that actually understand technology makes complete sense. Unfortunately for Target, the leaders that hey selected, do not know how to lead. I've never been so unmotivated in my life. I have no desire to be self motivated...so I'm kind of lost like most in TTS.

Glad to see after years being gone not much has changed there....

You can slap a bunch of Lexus badging on a Kia, but it's still a Kia at the end of the day. Bad leadership only hires and promotes more bad future leadership. Accountability is inverse to one's pay grade; nepotism runs rampant.
TTS? At this point it is entirely the fault of the losers on the board. They hire mo--ns like BC who then fill their roster with additional mo--ns.
Want a laugh? Open the packet they sent out to shareholders this month. Bullet point number one about their priorities is image. They care fare more about crafting a false perception of the company than they do by simply being excellent. Once I read that I know why the leadership of this company is so consistently brain dead.
Nothing new eh?
“I have no desire to be self motivated....”
NOT your leaders problem!
