BD and Senior Management don't seem to care how hard employees work to make this company suceed. They have RIF'd a lot of good talent that worked towards that goal. It's my belief that there will be more RIF's because we are still not writing a lot of business. A lot of the business we write is being handled by TPA's. I think they are taking this company in a different direction. In addition, they aren't writing some lines of business in several states. Too much being out sourced and they continue to look to decrease head count and automate whatever they can.
