The problem Weatherford had is they took care of the wrong people. You have to be able to distinguish which employees are knowledgeable, in your trade, and care. And which ones
believe more in the stats of last Sunday's football game. Some times in business , your best friend
should stay living next to you and not occupying the office space you gave to him.I guess the monies spent on the golf games finally outweighed the monies brought in. Talking about real issues like Profit Vs. Overhead instead of who's wife cooks the best meal would have helped greatly for this EX - EMPLOYEE.
