And I mean realistically, when we look at all the factors, like the way it was created, the way it does business, the practices, the policies, the way it deals with its workers. I’m sure all of us had and irrational ho[e that this would eventually work out for the best and that we will have our jobs, but as it turns out, we were far from common sense.

What you talking about Willis? Company has been highly successful in making JML and a number of others (specially numbers manipulator Saleh) very rich including even Hilton who didn't deliver anything except a parting blow and lawsuit to well deserved, scum of the earth individual and his steak cutter. Besides that it has been highly successful at getting rid of people in most unprofessional manner and destroying contracts.
I’m happy I left over a year ago, took a career break. I knew this will be a sinking ship back then from the management’s approach. It is not sustainable.
At this point of time I think only the new hires and the people in India are the only ones that still believe they work for a big successful company, don't blame them, they have to believe that to keep mental health after all the sh_t they will have to clean up and try to fix before DXC closes their doors for good

I'm actually surprised it has lasted this long. I doubt it will last much more than another 12-24 months. I hope to be out before that happens but either way, I will be dancing on the ashes of DXC!

Glad I was given the last decent buyout with HPE 3 years ago. Also glad I am considered a retiree with HPE. Seems like HPE has finally turned the ship and beginning to become a more stabled well footed company going forward. DXC is just one cluster xxxx that is in a downward spiral. All those folks that thought they were so valuable to the company will see it is smoke in mirrors. Overpaid, underworked and clueless about how a company works internally. So sad.
