I heard CTL is limiting their locators to 66 hours, due to having to pay them more money after 15 hours of overtime..... So I guess us Contractors will have to sit waiting for CTL to mark their underground utilities Before their locators get 66 hours or we’re SOL I guess.....?

I’m in Phoenix. We got pulled out of our normal jobs to do locates. 40hrs Absolutely no o.t.
The locators are contractors, not hourly company techs, so I din’t think this is true, at least when it comes to locating. I did hear in MN for one they changed ti a contractor who could not get employees for low pay, and so behind had to get employee help.0
