Being laid off ... how does it feel?? I got a great package. Everyone knows the first ones are the hefty ones. I start my new job in July and I have a chunk in the bank. So there is life after Pioneer. Life goes on people. I’ll book Cabo too. Shots at Taco diner when they sell!

I’m just glad to still have a job. I’m over 50 and the last time I was layed off it took me two years to find work. I do not want to be out there looking for work if I don’t have to.
Wonder how many ppl would take the package if there was a VSP for under 55 too? At least half of the company?
Thankful to have a job? Do you not have any skills or ambition?! There is no future career progression here and the only people who will reap any rewards are the MC. Not getting laid off is punishment.

August payout? You need to go read that again. There is no August payout. The first payout from your August award will be be August 2020 you genius. So no need to wait. You can gtfo now!
Nothing wrong with being prepared. Even when you go to the movies they point out where the exits are. You are not being a little b****. Smart move. Keep options open always.
