I am not sure if the mgmt is crazy or what but if they think software (OneCRM) will solve all their problems they are gravely mistaken. If the cuts go next week so much talent and internal knowledge will be lost Pearson will not be able to recover. A lot of these accounts are relationship based and all of that will be lost.
It's sad to see things go this way but it seems that the management is making a mistake again. And all off this in the middle of the biggest market and industry shift of all times.
