Now that Europe has numbers, the US should follow into next week with management getting total headcounts to cut per department.
For GTS , seeing a 40-50 percent hit, that’s a ton of people. Most locations can’t even fill an office or workers work from home with managers hundreds of miles away, this will end.
The Disney Land days are over. All hands meetings should be happening within the next week or you will be called.

Expect more layoffs in delivery. Sources tell me that 50% of the delivery project executives and 40% of the Project executives will be getting notices in the next week or so...specifically in the Cloud Managed Applications group as July 1st it is all moved under GTS. Unsure if this is just in Managed Apps or a broader spectrum. Within the last 3 weeks all PE's and DPE's were asked about them being named in contracts and all documentation of our managed accounts had to be moved to a central repository.
Hope you are right because I am seeing people in GTS who were just promoted to TL last year now as managers. Beyond toxic and just absolutely disgusting nepotism at IBM so this is past due IMO.
