Sable37 was one of the best organisations in middle east to work for, because of DXC acquisition all the good employees have left the organisation. DXC has been successfully in ruining one more organization.

Sable37 isn’t the only great company destroyed by DXC. Tribridge was a great company, founded and built by great leaders who preached servant leadership and customer focus. Specific commitments were made by ML, TR at a large company gathering shortly after the announcement to allow us to retain autonomy so we could preserve the culture which made us successful in the marketplace. That blatant lie lived three months into the acquisition before direction came down from VA to make changes, which started the destruction, including the resignation of the original founders and all key leadership within 12 months. It’s got to be one of the fastest tear-downs of a $100M+ company due to big corporate incompetence. Finally, there are other companies like Eclipse and eBECS that faced the same fate. If you are planning to sell your organization to DXC, interview a former Tribridge team member and consider carefully before you destroy your brand and your reputation.
DXC is a notoriously poor company to work for and has a trail of destroyed acquisions in its wake. They have been unsuccesful in intergrating their unqiue talents and team working and have instead detroyed the culture in favour of a toxic one.
Despite the vapourware, this is not a company for innovation, creative research or team building. Sure, if you're starting out, they will throw you in the deep-end and exploit the heck out of you and you may pick up a lot, but if you already have the talent, experience and skillset then you are already too expensive for them and will soon face the consequences of that when asked to join the DXC legacy programme: "Work force reduction" where you are offered permanent remote offsite working.
You will be paid less, no leaves , more work, no carrier upliftment
I am sad too to see a good team being destroyed. I was so happy to work with this team.
I hope DXC will stop this culture of buying and destroying good companies like sable. I too suggest to all Sable37 employees to look for other options, if they want a better work culture and a place to thrive.
Can't agree more. My advice to all the employees of DXC please start searching for job ASAP, unless you have no skills and want to WFH and are happy and will be happy in the same salary for next 5 years.
I am so sad i was happy to join DXC and Sable-37 but now its a frustration. I dont know what to do.
I usually used to be very helpful in any team i join but this team is already destroyed.
