Would you recommend Windstream as a place to work to your family?

Maybe the family members I can't stand
Is it any better on the ILEC side, H--l no, it is being destroyed like the rest of the company. The whole company is fkd up and don't have a clue what they are doing.
I referred a Friend and the were laid off in 2016 via conference call
I wouldn't refer anyone I consider a friend to purchase service from Windstream, much less to work at this soul-s---ing abyss.

I am interviewing like crazy to get out of this place and I just recommended a friend take a sales job with Win. They are throwing crazy money at him 85k and 6 month ramp! Why wouldn’t you take the job? TT and the vulture executives shouldn’t be the only ones to siphon money out of this place

Not if they're looking for a career or anything long term. As a stop gap, stepping stone, or learning experience maybe. But it wouldn't be my first choice. Culture and all around attitude is horrible. Pretty much everyone is just waiting on their pink slip at this point.
If you say yes your either lying or in upper management and could cherry pick a job that would be protected from the cold reality.
