Snack food giant agrees to pay $1.5 million

Accused of failing to pay overtime, denying meal and rest breaks

Plenty more of this to go around! And people ask “why would they lie to me”! They will do whatever the can to screw people, until people stand up!! You can either be a part of the problem, or a part of the solution! And in this case get some pocket change in doing so!

Can’t think of a more deserving company!!

This is unfortunately what it takes to get things done at Mondelez! Shame, if they dealt with appropriately from the start it wouldn’t cost millions! Hope maybe the board wakes up it our inept HR dept!

Ain’t that something! 2018 they lose an age discrimination lawsuit, 2019 it’s a class action lawsuit, and dozens of others are posting stories of discriminatory behavior! I’m one of them. When I did step up HR has done all they can to sweep under the rug! It’s been retaliation central! I’m strong, stronger than they thought! I’m here for one reason and one reason only.....to finish what I started! Game on!! Stories like Joan’s age discrimination and now this class action, not a coincidence!!! This is all over!! Talk about 💵🐄!! Mondelez is one, but for other reasons than DSD, which is ending!!!!!
