This is what happens when you have a IT company trying to run a RBOC even if they want to deny it is one still.

They have yet to figure out how to Automate digging and locating from a Keyboard...…………………….

We now have a hundred techs out of the load doing locates. Wonder how much fines we’ve accumulated ?

They did it to save 13 cents a locate, so they hired a satellite company who didn't have any locators. That company thought it could hire the old locators from the prior companies, but the locators didn't go over to the satellite company because they still had work and wasn't gonna take a cut in pay. Yet another stellar decision of the company to save a dime or in this case 13 cents.
