If there was ever a case where you needed to pierce the corporate veil, it's this one. Behind every curtain there's Eddie and ESL, who are liable to to everyone.
This is beyond some 4D chess now...legally suing a company that you own...amazing. And people STILL defend this joke of a company WHY!?
Eddie will win, of course. and the workers will lose when the severance they were promised gets cancelled.
