@ZibxJfA-1dzr,

I have seen so many success stories of life after IBM I feel you will be OK.

It's a dreadful feeling so keep your head up as this was IBM's shortcoming and no fault of your own.

Just got "leaving agreement" :( I am from GTS Central Europe center. Was working there nearly 6 years. Pitty , was trying to do my job as best as I can but somehow I was marked.

"Services will really take a hit as much of it has been sold , cut or not needed."

GBS right? There is too much waste in that division and the salaries are extremely inflated.

Primed and ready.

Actually RA’s will be dependent on your division. Some groups will be reorg’ed before RA’s. Some groups will just get RA’s. Reorg plans get announced this week, and RA’s start next Monday and will continue thru June. Your mileage may vary depending on your management chain. The important point is it’s appears that IBM is serious about rightsizing the organization around Cognitive/Cloud, and Strategic Services. HW is viewed as a cost of doing business. Everything else is viewed as redundant. The offer is 30 days severance Best of luck to all
