I wanted to copy the e-mail from HR as my review. Any company literally soliciting positive reviews is not apt to have much positive attributes.

I almost left a snarky review but was afraid they would find out who it was. A pro I was going to list is: it's not a prison. Oh well. Maybe when I leave. Sick of that dump.

These review are hysterical. I feeling like I am reading feedback from Yelp or priceline about my hotel stay. HR or the Social media team need to get with the program.

Prior to this the rating was around 1.3 stars.

Here's the real problem with getting talent here. We simply don't pay enough to keep good people around. This is a great place to get hired in at, work a couple of years, make a couple of costly mistakes and learn from them, and then move onto something that pays well.

We are now at a point where key personal are starting to look. I hope they do something to try to keep people before its too late.

This is going to go down as the worst decision ever made. I am sure they have a PR problem of attracting talent because of this site and others. I am sure this was the idea one of their "consultants" came up with. When we used to have an employee survey there was one key question that was ask and I have always answered that NO!

"Would you recommend WIN as an employer to other friends, family, or former colleague ?"

Come back in a week and watch all of those numbers drop in half!

All those recent glowing reports I submitted a flag/suspect report as they are reviews from managers or HR.

I gave the lowest rating I could. I don't care if anonymous or not

Anyone who gives more than 2 stars is lying or they didn’t work there.

It's interesting to see all the recent 4-5 star review ratings from recruiters and mgrs. starting 5/22 on Glassdoor. (sort by most recent)

Almost like they were directed to go give high reviews from the higher ups in effort to get overall rating up and counter the truthful low reviews. (currently 2.7 stars)

It says it's anonymous but you're required to log in... I don't think so.
