Somebody mentioned in another thread that people who earn over $100,000 are being targeted for cuts. So how many of remaining employees fall into that category?
Am I wrong in assuming that the number covers about a third of the entire workforce? If that's true, is the entire third targeted? Is the goal to get rid off all of them, aside for management, of course?
Service desk tend to earn minimum wage.
No the majority of people being cut make 26,000 a year or less depending when they started since they haven't given a pay raise in YEARS!
don't even worry about, we haven't get any payment increment or opportunities in the last 5 years
My boss told me he was more worried about his job than those of his team because he was management, and it's middle management now they are trying to gut.
Avg pay at DXC - If you know how to cut a steak and do a couple other jobs, I think it is 1/2 mill USD + perks you have to give. This may be an older number and new reporting should show top 5 employees already or soon when the SEC paperwork is filed. Nice gig if you can get it and as JML calls it, it is Gig Economy, kids.
Mikey is the only real employee at DXC and worth big bucks, accompanied by his HR GF too. They are raking in the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
You think a third of our remaining workforce still makes 100K? I want to believe you are very wrong on that point. 50% of my onshore still is not making that, and my team is in excess of 90% offshore.
Pls note this is from a delivery POV. If your number holds there is a ton of fat to cut outside of delivery.
