It's not just them look around the Greedy want more and there is no top end for them, they don't care, want to deal with, and barely tolerate us lower life forms since they consider themselves far superior in every way and deserve it in their minds. We are here to serve their end purposes and then are cast aside and disposed of once an objective has been reached and they move on to the next pool of people,

The workers have given the Companies negotiated with Breaks for years, we hear the hardship and loss of Land Lines statement all the time, yet VOIP is where a lot go, no word about that however, Voice over Fiber is still supplied Voice. We took no wage increase for several years on different contracts, we had Medical cost increases passed on to us eliminating any so called 1 and 1.5 percent wage increases for almost every year of a raise thus nullifying any increased buying power in fact losing some every year.

In reality we should be getting a 10 percent raise first year and 2.5 percent for the rest of the contract negotiated with no medical premium cost increase. To match other companies scales and to catch us up with what we gave the Companies so they could sell us off and have time to get their Golden Parachutes in order, Mr Trujillo, Nacchio, Notebart, Mueller, Post, just in my time all left with a nice little nest egg.

Thanks for sharing that link. It gives the rest of us an idea of what upcoming issues the rest of us will have. Don’t give in, if you fall it’ll make it harder the rest of who follow you in pursuit of a better contract. For everything we’ve fought to make things better for the last few decades they want to take back. Good Luck!
