From what I can gather, you get your "you are going" meeting notice the day you are told.
So, if you arrive at work and see a mystery meeting on your calendar, prepare yourself. Is this the same throughout the company?

In my area there were no meeting notices. We received a text asking if available to chat.
Nadine's son, who worked on the 1st floor, was selected after he returned from the Indy 500 race today (vacation). What an exciting race, anyone know if/when our company will return to Indy (engine)? Ok, thanks, need to get back to work.
To be honest.....this exercise reminds me of the game Musical Chairs, Leon & Oscar did not show today, hope they are on vacation?
Our org they specifically chose not to do meeting notices. Managers came by and tapped you for a quick conversation . Still here but many are not.

Got an invite, was told all is ok. The same day. A buddy was not as lucky. So, it depends
