Everything from the transmission issues to the start problems to the low mileage warranties. Ford had decades to change to become more nimble and cut costs like their Asian counterparts but they waited. Now our Asian counterparts are building cars in the US and the age old 'buy American' holds about as much water as the continued hearsay that the best truck is the F-150. The cuts may help Ford in the short term but long term Ford won't recover considering that most being laid off will never even want to buy a Ford again. If you go south you will see that Ford is the exception rather than the rule on the road.
