Blessing in disguise. Most of you folks live a static lifestyle and rot away in an office cube for 8 hours a day, given you don't skip out early and make it a 5 hour day. It'll be good for you to see what the world looks like, and let me tell you...a screen saver is not a valid substitute for "connecting with nature". Get outside, go walking or try something new. Anything besides sitting down and letting your boss run your life by dumping assignments and projects on you LOL

Get outdoors? Perfect timing now that I need to live under a bridge.
The best exercise is f---ng the wife. If you don't have one don't sweat it. Most of the time marriage isn't worth it but getting laid is the best exercise and stress reducer!
Are you saying some could lose 40+ pounds & actually feel better?
That is both ignorant an cruel

I think this person is on to something. You only have one life, in 20 or 30 years you will be old and feeble and guess what? You'll have a whole new set of worries. It never ends. You can reduce the impact of these situations by not having as many bills, or learning a new skill. Never give all your time or energy into a company you don't own. They are not loyal, you have no pension or security with them. Lesson learned the hard here.
Connecting with nature doesnt pay the bills. It doesnt make up for the years given to a company and then being thrown out. It doesnt make up for feelings of betrayal. Turning an 8 hour day into a 5 hour day goes against the work ethic that I was brought up with, but hey, if that floats your boat, fine. Go sit in the park and bark at the moon. If I get hit, i will take it like an adult, shift gears and then head off in a different direction.
What a Rediculous post
