Not sure what the milk comment position is. Union oldsters will go last anyway, and they grieve to see the years of hard work for a company that you were proud to work for and valued their employees be decimated by inept management lacking in ingenuity and effective leadership. The lack of respect for employees and customers has manifested into the state. Younger ones should get out and learn what it is like working for great leaders. Nonunion does not matter skills, they are eliminating more costly high seniority with barely disguised age discrimination. They have lost the knowledge that kept happier customers.
