Looks like the biggest issue for majority of DXC employees these days has nothing to do with actual work. Most people are primarely focused on deciding whether to leave on our own or to try and wait it out for severance.
The whole situation would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
If you are choosing to stay for whatever your personal reasons are .... Let’s try to remember to treat each other with respect and kindness. The company sh$ts on us enough. Let’s not sh$t on each other.

Sad but true, I am working on a project that I know is doomed to failure due to lack of resources, attrition and management that does not have a clue.
And thats exactly what it feels like.... just people disengaged and waiting for the end.
Which is a problem in a large company, because everybody relies on others to do things with them and for them. Even if you motivated yourself, the rest are not, which in turn demotivates you.
Its absolutely tragic.
