Heard some IT Associates are being told they will be asked to move to IT Core Locations next year ... is this true?

Be a good associate and move to Atlanta. But don’t be surprised when you are laid off shortly after that.

All CA and Work from Home associates that are not located in a Core location are being required to move to a Core location. It's been happening for a few year, based on Tom Miller's 5 year plan. And yes, there was a team of approximately 13 associates moved to VA that were laid off 6 weeks later.

It will happen. They have $80 million reasons to get as many employees there as possible (state tax breaks in GA alone). But you need to ask, how'd that work out for those that uprooted their families and moved to the new locations last year, only to be laid off this year? Why would anyone fall for that again?
