So, once again on our Tuesday call, my boss, IT Director sitting out of twinsburg tells us " no worries " .
She claims she was told our group " is safe ". She claims that she talked to TT and was assured we will be ok. Think it is BS ????

I hope not. A lot of people in my town are dependent on your “miserable place”. You’ve got 100s of 1000s of customers across America that don’t have much of choice besides Windstream.
Cable companies pretty much invest to meet the competition. If the telco invests in 1 Gig service, they do something similar. If the telco offers DSL over poorly maintained barbed wire, well they have higher speeds on their coax but they don’t invest in splitting nodes so the effective throughput to us is just like poor DSL. It’s the cable tv ethos.
So as you can imagine, cable s---s in Windstream towns, too.
We shovel over a billion dollars your way. You haven’t gotten raises but you still make more than average in a lot of Windstream towns.
We certainly understand your frustration with your bosses — we’re frustrated and worried, too.
We hope you survive and we hope our neighbors keep their jobs.

Why would you believe any TWB IT director or manager. They live on the koolaid. Everything will be ok they said. Nothing to worry about. Then I watched my friends get walked out. They are all full of it and can not be trusted.

What IT is left in Twinsburg? they have laid off so many people from this site. All of the IT went to Watson. If you not part of the layoff plans than most likely you are part of the planned layoff

TT is probably giving her some of the 'motivation bonuses' for a job well done in spreading the BS that there is nothing wrong while the company is in Chapter 11.
TT said they would win that lawsuit - but they lost.
TT said the company was doing great how many times on Stream? But it still is in Chapter 11.
TT had a 'tough time' accepting his contract renewal from the BOD - but he is doing great while his company is going to get carved up soon.
Come back on here 3 months from now and tell us the same thing.
