Thinking about leaving.
Anyone mind sharing the current price of class B ? and class A? How soon can I expect the check to be deposited to my bank account after leaving? Beginning of next quarter or within N days?

You got multiple infusions of stock? !!
Of course it can devalue. All the risk is in Class B. It can go very high if the company merely achieves moderate growth. But if it shrinks......
I have two injections of class b. One was at 3 and while the other was around 8? How is it possible it’s still at 3?! Does it actually devalue?! Wtf?
This company is still one of our largest investments ever and we remain committed to a successful outcome to our investors. The recent adjustment to the valuation was necessary to more accurately reflect current market conditions. As the company grows its revenue and profitability, we can expect healthy growth in the valuation as well.
It would be interesting to know what the Class B offer price is to anyone considering joining Riverbed in that case at the current time.
If there is a wide difference from that based on the class B price that is being paid out to leavers, then that to me is open to abuse.
I understand value of Riverbed is speculative and may change on Q by Q basis depending on revenue, ebitda, market conditions etc. But to me on a month by month basis what people are offered class b price and what leavers are paid out should be virtually the same.
I think everyone joins Riverbed after TB took over, they are offered to purchase number of shares at 9c/share.
At least in my case.
For clarity which employees or persons were able to buy Class B at 0.09c ?
Was this employees who joined after TB had already taken Riverbed?
When TB took it private Class A price was $1000 and Class B 0.0342 c for existing employees to purchase.
Who bought at 0.9c and what timeframe : year was that? Thanks, just to help my understanding.
No it does not. But it pays a 9% dividend. All risk and upside is in class B.
Class A does not grow?
Yes if you paid $0.09 for your class B you made a bad investment. Class A is usually reserved for insiders and is fixed at $1000. All the upside and downside goes into Class B. It’s called “financial engineering”.
Isn't Class A ~1530$ because of accrued annual interests at 9%?
@ZcUbqPG-aru I believe your loss went to the value of Class A.
I left Riverbed a few months ago and it took about 1 month for them to process this. They bought back my class B stocks at $0.034/share. I lost 60% of my investment. Is it a scam? Anyone who joined Riverbed lately, please share how much they want to sell you class B stock?
Class A is fixed at $1000. Last I heard B is at $0.03
