Funny how the same techs who can’t figure out DSI are also the same guys who are always missing monthly trainings, putting c-ap notes on tickets and never running loop care. They also the high repeat and low production employees. Ah but they have time to hop in here and whine.
We certainly have bigger problems right now than modem deployment forms....

DSi and the entire procurement team is a god damn disgrace. What a bunch of clowns. Gather up all the spares under the false flag of centralization then sell the spares to your buddy as they are "not being used" but hey they are and we need the spare. So we now buy the spare for $1000 that we sold for $10 brilliant... How these gobber's have not all been rounded up and fired is a testiment to how horrible the management of this company is.
As stated earlier by someone else; DSI is the only thing that we are supposed to use. It seems like it is down more than it is up (the Windstream way). Someone made some money selling this garbage app to this company (probably someone's relative).
Yeah they like to threaten you with a good coaching form. I wonder if the crew that lost 330 million got a coaching form? Doubt it. Or when DSI is down does the person on control of it get coached? Nope. It's a bass ackwards place of business.
We only use dsi now, when it works.
Managers and supervisors don’t have a clue what they are doing on these modem deployment they have apps for different functions of the CST they never work correctly beating a dead horse .
