I'm not sure which creates more stress -- waiting around to find out if I still have a job on Friday this week (knowing a 5 year plan to cut 10% each year is still coming), or being terminated today knowing I need another job but who hires anyone past 55 years old?
You are not alone in this, @Zb2Edez-uno. I'm pretty sure that nearly everybody over fifty currently employed by Ford feels like this. This will be a rough week.
