The problem is nothing will change when he goes. Management below him is so full of a-- covering liars that it will take years to change this company.

Yep. With recent announcements of a new management group and regrouping of other departments under it, I would say his work is about done here. I cant see there being many more bandages put on this festering wound created by the transformation and mismanagement.
End of June but the sinking seems now irreversible.
Stock will go up a minimum 5% the day he leaves.
The sooner the better, company sinking fast under his leadership.
