Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Engagement surveys are Not Anonymous.

The only ones who give two sh.ts about any negative comments are the DL's and SM.

Couple years ago SM had a tizzy, asked why I click NO to , "Would you recommend family or friend to work for CVS".

To even take survey, need to sign on with your employee number... Hello, absolutely no anamonitity.

I have a suggestion that would help the senior citizens remarkably.Have the pharmacy employee that fills the automatic fills per month check to see if there are any controlled prescriptions due for refill.Just give us a call and ask if we would like it(them) filled also. It's really tough enough on us with costs of travel etc.and time wasted for both employees and patient.I was a manager for many years with over one million dollars per year to operate a chemical packaging plant.I know what it is to keep costs down, so please consider my suggestion.SPEAKING FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED PATIENTS. Thank you!

It's anonymous. Nothing really happens as a result of the Engagement survey. The company will tie something good that will be implemented but it was probably planned out before the survey. In Mid Atlantic area, the Survey was so bad for an RM that they never even went over the results with the Region staff. Nothing happens anyway. Ignored by AVP. It's nothing more than a competition for DL's to see how many will do it in their span. RM goes ballistic if below 90%.

Anonymous or not, I really let them have it in the comments section. I wrote so much that by the time i hit submit it said my session timed out. I know they won't read it nor do they care but whatever. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

"Not anonymous. Just had this conversation with a DL the other day"

Not that this is surprising, but you have nothing else to provide that makes this believable.

The surveys may be anonymous but they are not accurate. I asked each of the store associates except one (who wanted to do his own) if it was ok if I took the surveys for each of my store associates a couple years ago when they could be phoned in, and the results were not even close to what I entered. I did cover the results with the team. Obviously CVS or the company who monitors the program does not report the actual findings.

As much as I disagree with the company, the surveys are anonymous. The employee ID is used to track the hierarchy so the questions about leaders and site are tracked appropriately. A separate company handles the results and only reveals identities of something unethical, illegal or immoral is mentioned so the company can follow up. Even then, it’s revealed to HR and not to the site. Again, I disagree with the company on most things, but have never had a single concern about my responses being identified. Unless you write a comment that’s clearly unique to your situation, but even at that, only the comment would be known not your responses to the other questions. I believe that if too few people, less than 5, take the survey on your team the results are aggregated or somehow blended so the leader can’t figure it out.

I know the IT side of the survey, They are completely anonymous and managed by an external vendor. Leaders only get consolidated percentages. The Employee ID is to validate its a genuine employee and only takes once.

They are semi-anonymous. They can find out % of employees that completed it. And how many answered each question a certain way. So if 100% answered disagree or strongly disagree then it makes it easy to ask why everyone answered a certain way. If you write something that's flagged high risk then they reveal who it is to handle it.

If the survey identifies disengaged stores, then they will probably have over 7,000 disengaged stores, on average!

They use it to identify disengaged stores or depts, Then Hr and Lp are notified of the store or dept! Disengaged stores lead to shrink and poor service! Did you actually think they cared about you? No this survey is to identify problem store teams .

Not true. It is anonymous. Giving employee number is to ensure you can only take the survey once. The company doesn’t actually give two sh--s about your responses, but they are anonymous
