Seems like marketing is being mostly spared. It’s amazing how times have changed - it used to be more budget was put towards engineering (product/manufacturing) and then IT but it’s now all about marketing. I guess that makes sense in this digital age of vast information/communication. Thoughts?

Marketing did have cuts this week.
Marketing went through their’s early, in April.

It's a race to the bottom society. Up is down, down is up. Reward the losers, kick out the hard workers. Keep the useless, and remove the producers.
