Just to let you all that today I was notified about my WFR, after a couple of weeks I will be out of the company and wanted to wish you all luck.
A new path starts for me and I'm excited to know what future have for me.

Thanks besides going to India DXC is outsourcing technical jobs directly to our vendors, so yea we'll all be gone soon.
OP here
@Zaq9Ttg-hlk About the details, I did not get much, my manager just told me that the company is going through several changes and that I was being impacted by those changes so they had to let me go, he suggested me to apply internally, but whats the point, all the organizations in Guadalajara Mexico are being impacted by the WFRs and all the positions are going to India.
I used to be part of the IT Support organization which is now dying in Americas since last year, all the positions have been transitioned to India, a few are still there finishing the pending work so the cheaper newcomers don't have any issues.
One thing I noted is that I was the only person of my role doing the work for one of the major accounts in DXC, as soon as I got someone to "back me up" in APJ time I got fired, so to all who's expecting to get a WFR ask for an indian backup and you will get replaced quickly.
Good luck
Very glad to have been WFR'd by Mikey (he received the WFR bonus, but I escaped from Club Toxic). No intention of returning to DXC.
Over here we tell people on Thursdays and then they leave halfway through Friday with only 2 weeks severance.
At least you know.... I've known the contents of our list for a month and it's hard to not tell them....
If you were WFR why not give some details ?
It is amazing to read these posts, where people getting layoff notice are wishing those still with the company , "best wishes". Shows the sorry state of affairs and the toxic environment that exists inside DXC.
