Are managers the only ones affected by these cuts? Or is this a start and we can expect more before the end of the week?
I'm worried because there is so little info around, and the leadership is certainly not being transparent when it comes to things like these.
It was managers and supervisors they either let go. If you were offered to stay it is a good cut in pay. They in the upper company have no shame after the ones working in the stores made them money and profits even during the pandemic and put themselves out there no matter what. This is the thanks they got. Your job has been eliminated we don’t want you any more. Haven’t seen all the higher ups getting major cuts in pay or being kicked out. They all are still working thru the home office with their noses up in the air as if they didn’t just ruin people’s lives the ones that weee dedicated and made them the money!!!
Senior manager jobs being eliminated, keeping younger people in better roles, offering older managers lower paying jobs or nothing at all.
I think there's going to be more. "Restructuring excuses" like last time.
