Please remove employees who aren’t rewarded with “perks” and do not work in El Segundo from your Employee Communication emails. Some of us rarely get to see our children due to your money saving ventures, not to mention what we pay weekly for childcare that’s not reimbursed or free through the company. I’m so happy to hear you had such a wonderful time with your son for ‘Bring Your Kid to Work Day’. I’m sure it was an amazing experience getting to see children’s faces light up as they passed through the halls of the World’s Largest Toy Company. With that said, please keep in mind all of the employees working in the trenches who don’t have the privilege of of sharing what Mattel ONCE was with their children. It’s great to see El Segundo keeping the spirit of childhood alive, it’s only sickening when you feel like it’s at your expense.

Dear Richard,
Please remove yourself from the building.
How high is the probability for a sell?
As well it should!
A relic from the past, like Sears and hundreds of other once mighty companies
In any case Mattel gets sold in 6 months
