Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Anybody hear when we will get our t-shirts??

Was told the company is going to provide the agreement employees with T-shirt’s that say our new motto on it......you know the

“Start fast

Finish strong

10 min break. 20 min lunch

Clock out.....THEN clean up and go home”

Anyways, I was hoping to recommend an iron fast in the background with the words on the iron fist. And maybe on the front they could put “employee appreciation”

oh come to work clean, get up's used diesel engine oil all over you and clean yourself on your time! this is up's thinking I know I worked for them greedy a— for 18+years. They want to keep employees quiet and depressed. Gloom and doom. Courage not to care that's what they breed.

I dont get it, West Colton carmen get plenty of breaks, were talkin hours here people. Plus transportation still gets early quits. I guess West Colton is still holding strong. The crafts run the show there, not the managers. There old school there in WC and most of them are 7th generation railheads. By the way is the Carmen craft the highest paying craft? Cause most Carmen I know make more than any transportation guys I know. Why would anyone want to drive a loud rattlebox 12 hours a day while a Carmen is sleeping with there wife and drinking there beer?

Finish Strong:

But you never finish what you start

10 min. Breaks:

But you take 20min breaks

20 min. Lunch:

But you take 30 min

4 hours of a-- time and you clock out

5 min early and your still b--ching.

if You ask me it can’t get more embarrassing than a manager or total safety culture guy wearing a grey courage to care polo with that insignia on the breast. There’s no need for more words because it has all the cringe and embarrassment you need symbolized in that logo
