Is Your Campus As Dead As Mine?

Hardly any cars in the parking lot or students in class today. Think this is the beginning of the end.....

Las Vegas having 200+ students is a lie. Come to school and see for yourself. I guarantee you won’t see more than 20 students on campus at any given time. Most likely about 75 students. I don’t have more than 3 to 4 students in any of my classes. Don’t let the RR post fool you about competencies. Him and WT literally have hired students that graduated last quarter with zero industry experience and zero industry credentials to cover classes that seasoned and experienced teachers taught and who by the way, left because they were not paid in 3 months. Who was the Dean in 2017 and 2018 when those programs went on reporting? I will tell you that it is the same one you recently brought back after he was fired by DCH in October 2018.

And STILL no one has been paid.

Vegas did not ask back a few adjunct instructors that were not teaching to the competencies of the classes they were given. The full-time instructor that left last quarter wasn't going to be getting any classes this quarter for the same reason. If fact, he was so bad that the program for which they were made lead went on reporting and AiLV was not allowed to accept new students for that program; he k–led the program he was so bad!

Vegas has one full-time instructor left...

ATL is dead. Is definitely on life support. Don’t see it lasting into 2020.

Curious: the person who posted about their school being on life support and that an instructor was fired and one quit...are you speaking of the Vegas campus?

Our campus isn't dead but it's on life support. One of our instructors was fired today due to lack of credentials and one of our animation professors quit because they changed the schedule on him at the last minute.

I'm not feeling hopeful about the state of the school.

Miami hit over projections for summer quarter and fall numbers looking bit better as of July but still much smaller than years past. Most instructors are adjuncts. Campus suppose to be moving into a new building 2020 - last least that is what they keep telling us. Summer student population is just about 740 students enrolled. How are Atlanta, Tampa and the other campuses. Did Las Vegas close?
