Corp IT is not accountable for all the lost employee time or the customer outages they cause. No communication when they change something. Worst part is nobody cares any more as we have all lost hope and just say whatever. File a help desk ticket and do nothing for a week waiting. Hiring consultants to figure out zero pto carry over was a bad idea? Really?

Someone told me there are only 6 people left in the Support Center. Anyone know if that is true? It’s absolutely not enough!

Not worth the stress, totally out of our control, however, when I fill out the weekly sales forecast I enter when systems are down, lost sales because of it.

I often start my day wondering what technology issues will make what should be a relaxing summer, a stressful one. We don’t need time to recover, or anything.

The internet works less than 50% of the time, constant time outs and failed connectivity, lost days and CTWeb moving at a glacial pace, even CorePOS moves like mud. I think sacking the whole of PSC should be a known issue

@PSC...that’s HILARIOUS. We’ve spent good money to keep everyone locked out of systems for hours, stall productivity and muck up the hassle- free experience.
