VSP details

Oxy employees are to receive VSP information in July. Anyone willing to share details of package? Is it the same as the severance plan Option A - max at 10 months base pay with lowest rate for retiree medical ($150 a month for self - $300 a month for couple)? Or will it be enhanced somehow?

Heard rumblings that the VSP is much better than the posted severance package. Anyone have details?

Unfortunately BP retirees are paying the health costs of a sick culture created and maintained by the same managers the company has today. It is a company that breads managers not leaders or agents a change. No health program can combat the sick culture in BP.

The medical retiree insurance premiums you described ($300 / mo. for couples) would be a fantastic monthly premium rate. I am on the BP Retiree Medical Insurance plan and we pay $723 / mo. for Aetna coverage.
