Looking forward to it. This by far the greatest company I ever work with. Stable & flexible.

Only the c-appy ones who are only there by favoritism.
You really think managers make a ton of money?
Your manager makes so much more than you that when you walk out of your review thinking you have a pretty good salary and bonus, he or she is probably giving a huge sigh of relief that you got fooled into thinking that for another year. Seagate has an exponential compensation system going up. I'm not going to say it's fair, but they do have to put up with way more brown material than I would ever want to deal with in my life. But that's why you see people in top ranks change so often. It's because they endured eating brown sandwiches to obtain a life changing sum of money and experience in sometimes as little as a year. It's become a huge problem for the company of its own making that they are paid way too much and can just cash out in a short amount of time with a massive war chest and laugh all the way to the bank.
Your vp makes 100 percent of salary at minimum bonus plus stock options. Each level above vp more than triples the level below... Svp, evp, etc
Take your bonus amount X number of employees your manager has = manager bonus - 10%. The formula works like a charm every time. Ever look at the parking lot in NRM, who's driving the pimp my ride vs who drives the POS?
How can I find out how much my manager makes?
The post is satire or an id--t. BTW execs bonus is posted online in 8k filings.
After a few months, fresh graduates are smart enough to realize Seagate is not a place you want to be long-term.
Fresh grads don't know sh-- and they will leave for the next higher paying job within a few years anyway !
Profit sharing? First save your job. Fresh graduates can do your job half your salary. Expect 5% salary cut anytime.
Whoever posted this c-ap must be an exec or manager, since they are the only ones who get coddled and protected to keep their jobs, while the company goes down the toilet !
I am sure they will borrow money to pay the peasants 1 percent and 99 percent of the pool goes to execs. Seems fair. No investment in the company with borrowed money. Run while you can.
