Test the job market, we’re all drastically underpaid. I’d get out if I wasn’t so close to retiring. There are companies that pay you what you’re worth and that have realistic bonus plans. PLUS, they’ll pay that plan quarterly and not come up with gates, windows, or other ways to stamp the bonus percent down.

Actually your underpaid salaried store managers deserve those bonuses. I swear you guys have no idea what SMs go through.

Maybe they should cut the salary bonus and share the wealth with all employees!?

So losing the revenue stream of 20 stores will fuel pay raises?

Of course PROFITABLE stores would be a better deal - right?

Ah, remember the good old days with TC? Clear out the losers and create a portfolio of PROFITABLE stores.

What fun watching the high and mighty crash and burn.

Hmm, they just closed 20 stores due to lost contract. There you go.. money for raises just found, easy as that. At 2 percent raise plenty left to line family pockets

The latest rumor on raises has been that they’re looking to see if the restructure by attrition project has been impactful enough to eliminate enough full-time positions to afford another round of “merit increases”.
