It's been 3 months. Where are the layoffs? Maybe this site should change its name to the whisperers.
Yup, leadership needs the cash to cover all those liabilities. Wonder how much goodwill they can blow by EoY. Buying smaller companies doesn’t cover the bad deals made previously. Quality workers all gone with exception of a few.
Allscripts to be a ghost company. But don’t forget... nearly a decade ago they closed 12 offices. Only way they dug out was loan shark financing. Need to stop operating on the Obamacare model. Try innovating if there’s anyone left to do so.

CHMB just had some layoffs this morning.
I heard they will offer volunteer RIF this time again to get rid of highly paid senior employees.

July and December do seem to be the "prime time" for layoffs at Allscripts, based on many years of history. There's a lot of places where they really can't cut too many more people without seriously crippling themselves - many groups I'm aware of are under-staffed, running thin, and people are wearing way too many hats. However, inquiring minds want to know - what BUs and/or groups are on the chopping block?
