I wonder if the shills for management on this board or lying through their teeth or ignorant id--ts who never shop at Sears and are also completely unaware of the day to day operational situation. It's probably some combination of both. It's been clear for a very long time that execs at the top have no idea who their shoppers are or how to connect to their everyday experience. Otherwise they'd shoot themselves.
It's libel not slander. and for it to be either the statement would have to be untrue. the systems did go down and stayed down for a while so there would be no libel or slander.
The slandering will stop when Eddie and Sears wakes the f--- up.
Until then the associates will keep posting the truth while corporate keeps spreading the manure thicker and thicker to ensure they keep their paychecks flowing.

A few things at corporate still not up
I don't know if both sides use it, but Operations Workbench went down too and wasn't back up today. It's full of important resources like layouts and price change lists, so its inaccessibility kind of hamstrings various work.
