Does PM not give AE the courtesy of lowering the forecast mid Q so you can in effect meet a number and break out the cigars?

Hey isn’t the US on a furlough? It would be messed up if we laid off US workers after the furlough. Like stealing their vacation hours then giving them the axe. I do hope our leadership isn’t this cold hearted mate.
