And you’re scheduled with your primary job (more hours)and secondary job(Sears-1day week) on same day and you call sears and tell them to take you off schedule for that day and they refuse.. who do you contact to make a complaint

They do not have to take you off the schedule and there is nothing you can do about it. Sears could care less about your primary job. You need to quit and find a secondary job where they will work with your primary job schedule. Tell a hint. They are telling you to voluntarily resign.
