I heard R&D for the entire ProLiant server portfolio is being moved overseas. It's there any truth to this?

Considering that companies are fleeing from the hassle of running their own hardware and to the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google etc) it's not really all that surprising. Some of us at HPE were surprised that it didn't happen in 2012 or earlier.
