Any news on what happened with the employee buyout? Was it ever implemented and will the employees that submitted for it actually receive the money promised to them for leaving?

Took my buyout over a year ago and have never been happier!!! 😊
Yes, it was paid out to those in one of the last rounds (4/2018) which was prior to the "official bankruptcy", however, I know of others in the retail store closings that weren't as fortunate and payments are still pending.
At this point, I wouldn't trust the system. Count your losses. Count your blessings.

Are the terms the same for everybody?
Some employees are being offered packages. Customer Care has until 7/27 to find another position internally or take a package. If it were offered to me I would leave vs. stay.
Can’t comment as a whole but I know of one person that took it and has left the company.
