There will be a massive layoff in G&A. Managers, Directors and Staff VPs have been meeting since April to make cuts on all job levels of the organization. Leadership has invested in automation and integration that were results of cost of care initiatives they couldn’t deliver with plans in place for bigger and better compensations. Get the word out and it’s only a matter of time. All states and regions are in play. Especially CA, NV and NY. The leadership has no appreciation of the so called front line associates in the department and has been prepping for July.
