I think we are at a point where layoffs can be considered a fact of life at Dun & Bradstreet. We'll be seeing more and more of them, most likely on monthly bases - as somebody mentioned in another tread.
There isn't much we can do about this. If the pressure is too much, start looking for a new job right now. I have.
You are correct. There are several motivators for me to find a new job. The stress level has been increased and the compensation has been decreased (reduced bonus, no merit increase, etc). D&B isn’t making itself worthy of its employees sticking around. The employee are being punished for years of poor leadership they were not responsible for.
