It’s interesting to skim the attached time sheets and see what they’re spending time on.

Uniti stands out as do KEIP and KERP. (Not sure why they be needed for KERP and KEIP but clearly it was important).

That's interesting news about Uniti. It would make sense they'd refinance before announcing any bad news.

It's also interesting to track the price of Windstream's unsecured bonds, now trading at about 25¢ on the dollar. It's a good measure of what the market thinks the unsecureds are going to get out of the bankruptcy in value (be it stock, new bonds or both) at the end.

The bonds didn't budge much yesterday but I'd expect it to move if word leaks out about a haircut for Uniti.

Looks like there are lots of meetings and calls with UNITI.

UNIT's stocked dropped by 13% yesterday, they have refinanced their

debt just before they close their Q2 books. I'll bet they announce a BIG loss

because of a re-negotiated WIN contract.
