The Truth about What Exactly? Every comment here is a f---ing joke. Misspelled words, terrible grammar and stupid innuendo. If you don't like Windstream, then move on. Better to get ride of the dead weight so this organization can survive. And no, I'm not a TT fan. Just like where I'm at. Do I wish Leadership would do a better job, certainly. Yep, got those attorneys to leave Windstream....congrats, no issues replacing their 100M service that is only $1000 per month, if that. It's probably all b---s--- anyways.

If it’s for something they sold after Windstream filed, tell them to contact the US Trustee for this case ASAP. Windstream has financing to pay those bills promptly. It exposes current management to embarrassing scrutiny if they aren’t doing this. I’ve seen a couple of Windstream vendors and lessors in this position filed petitions that potentially would stop the whole bankruptcy show if their “post-petition” bills didn’t get paid. They got paid ASAP.
If their invoices were pre-petition, the need to file a claim before the “bar date” which is coming up soon. They’ll get a share of whatever is left over for “unsecured “ creditors after the “secureds” (creditors that hold collateral) get paid off. The current estimate is about 25¢ on the dollar (based on the price of Windstream’s unsecured bonds).

Well I just told several attorneys in Greenville to leave. Ill help them find service that works. All downtown Greenville attorneys and told them to pass it on
So TT. Yes I'm telling everyone in Greenville that I talk to. And I do not care if you know who I am because I no longer care.
I tell them to find another carrier. I tell people everywhere I go to stay away. I got my husband's employer to leave and a few others. I don't even want people to know where I work. I don't give it my all like I did. I do enough to get a paycheck. And I will gladly raise my have to be laid off. Yeap, not a prison but I'm just letting the pay checks come.
