Are VP'S getting demoted or fired ? Outlook shows a VP change title to consultant, What is going on ?

This company needs to have more VP’s! The more VP’s the more money this company will make!!!! Less employees & more VP’s will make this company great again!!!!!!!
What happened to all the VPs in Breen ?
That means they probably took the VERP, but they don't want them fully checked out. By keeping them on as a consultant they can still get emails and access systems.
